****** changing prices and keeping holds on card

I was charged R832 extra on the car rental the last month, which was booked and valid for 90days. Except for the overcharge, they still have a hold on my card for another R650 (22days after returning the car. I sent customer care emails twice. A week afterwards I have still not received a reply. Pathetic service and ******!
