Credit card holder must be driver

<p>Wife rwnted a car and on arrival she paid with credit card and because she was tired we decided I would drive. Not so budget rule insists crwdit card holder must drive or pay additionall fee for alternate driver. Aaked for logic re rule....got mumbles. Why must these idiots always come up with idiotic or manipulative rules to **** of clients trying to enjoy a day aqay from home. What if my wife didnt have a drivers licence and i dont have a credit card ? </p> <p>Tivmake matters worse, i inspected the engine bay and dry mud everywhere. Scratches on carvpanels not noted. Not a nice start to our breakaway !</p>
