Charging for Valet

I rented a car from Cape Town international. I was told there was a R300 valet if I smoked in the car. I now got charged the R300, and its because its excessively dirty, like mud etc that cannot be simply cleaned, which was never the case... I requested proof from customer care and they now ignore me.<br> This is pathetic.
