Carol was exceptional!

I called Budget to ask for a hold they had done to be released back into my account as I needed to do another car booking for this coming weekend. I spoke to Carol and she told me to phone my bank and ask for some information and call her back. I did and barely 30 minutes later,the funds are back in my account and I can now do the car rental booking for tonight.<br> <br> Thanks for the awesome service. :)
