Car rent *******

After renting my car from Budget/ Avis Grahamstown I parked on a sidewalk and was given a fine -- allegedly. In May Avis deducted R325 from my credit card. 3 months later I was given notice of an outstanding fine of R500. Avis rep tells me the R325 was to "re-direct the fine". After two requests for the original summons I still wait. *****.
