BUDGET/Avis car rental East Londen airport

BUDGED/AVIS. Rent a car on 1st March. East londen airport. Renault Kwid. Reference. No 20/*** OR E***. When received the car they dit not open the bagage door for i have already put in my bagage. On return the 7th March they show me that the bagagerack has a crack and i complete a form that i didnt take notice of it and so also the person from whom i received the car. Also that i was not responsable for the damage. They send a sms on the 10th letting me know that the damage is R 2300 plus vat . I phone them and tell them of my report. The lady said that she will speak to the manager and will come back to me. Nobody came back to me. On the 27th March they took R2500 from my credit card. My opinion is that one can repair the crack with a little glue and it would not be visable. They rob people of there money. I never have had any problems with my previous rentals.
