Budget should be called Paymore

My online booking with Avis was lost and I had to book a car with Budget witch is surpose to be less expensive but was at a premium of 17% after they discounted it. I specifically asked for a total price. When my invoice came it was 27% more expensive than the quoted price with extras they added on without my consent. They violated my trust and de*****ed me and when I phone customer care they said that is my problem to solve with the branch. I would rather walk than rent a car again from these ******.
