Budget rental ********** billing ***.

Invoice # E ********** 56. Money was deducted from my credit card and I was invoiced incorrectly for excessive kilometers which never even took place. I rented the car for 9 days at Cape Town International and car was used for business only, well within the 200 km daily maximum. I'm very disgusted by this ********** bill and insist that Budget conduct a thorough investigation and provide detailed report that highlights the root cause of this matter. I need my credit card refunded ASAP also!
