Budget Rent a Car's misleading website

The website was totally misleading. I booked a vehicle that promised "Theft Protection." In the event, there was a R66k excess. Not sure how that protection works for me. I asked about a super waiver and was quoted more than the total cost of the 4 day hire fee! I spoke to the manager about the misrepresentation on the website and she agreed with me! I couldn't believe it. I recorded the manager of a Budget branch agreeing that their own website was misleading and false advertising. In addition, the whole process took 45 minutes - although I had booked the car online days earlier. Then I was told that I had to wait 4 business days for the hold on my account to be lifted!! Never again, Budget.
