Budget Rent-a-Car - Third rate outfit!

Returned a car rental to the outlet at Oliver Tambo International Airport on 30th December 2018. When I eventually received the final invoice via email, days after the charge came off my credit card. I rep**** querying two charges, that was more than 7 days ago. No response from Budget. There are on;ly two email addresses on the website,. No complaints handling email address, for a company of this size. Clearly, Budget have zero customer focus. I will not be using them again, in future!!
