Budget rent a car "Pay Now" *******

The "Pay now" feature on Budget rent a car is very unfavourable to the consumer. The terms and conditions do not make it clear that if you use a debit card your name must be embedded on the card, if this is an issue then why offe a debit card payment facility. Once you try rectify the problem you have a cancellation fee to pay so the consumer is ******. No services due to a technicality but they make money from it. Unfair practise. They should be called Budget we take your money happily.....
