Budget rent a car is useless

I have always used Budget rent a car,however it seems that Avis has now taken over the Budget name,and there service is terrible.The attendant that assisted us at OR TAMBO on Friday night,was rude and offered very poor service.She was unable to give us the amount for additional insurance cover until the invoice was made.How is this possible??So you are actually forced to take out the absorbent additional cover as the invoice has now been made!!<br> <br> Absolute terrible sevice,and definitely will not be using them again!!!
