Budget Rent a car

I have paid the amount of R770 on 14 December 2021 into carflexi's account to rent a car from Budget car rental at Cape Town Airport. Budget have not received this payment from Carflexi. Now I need to sort this out. I have the proof of payment as well as receipt but Budget just say sorry we haven't received this payment from Carflexi. So now I need to sort it out all by myself. Carflexi does not reply to my email. And Budget just pull up their shoulders and say it is my problem
