Budget rent a car

I rent a vehicle at least once a month and normally through Budget Rent a Car. My last rental was on the 19th of September 2018. As you know they keep a holding deposit and after returning the vehicle it takes 2 or 3 days for the funds to be released. Today is the 10/10/18 and I still dont have my holding deposit back. I have now phoned 5 times with 3 emails and still nothing. just the automated reply and one mail saying they will look into it. Not happy at all
