Budget Car *****s Your Deposit

I have had a terrible all round experience with Budget Car Rental and will never use them again. I returned the car, it was signed off in good condition and I got emailed a summary of the costs and the deposit amount that they will pay back within 21 days.

It has now been 49 day, there is no sign of my deposit. They have not rep**** to any of my multiple emails. No one answers the customer care line. The one time that I did get hold of them through the reservation line, there were promises make about following up and sending me an email with about the situation and to date, I have received nothing.

I am extremely disappointed in how hard I need to fight to get my deposit back and how they think they are entitled to not keeping their end of the agreement and *****ing the money.
