Budget Car Rental - stay away

Rented a car from Budget in Pretoria. Returned the car and was told deposit will be returned after 48 hours. Now heading towards 96 hours and no final invoice or deposit yet. Different stories from the pick up location and customer care I spoke to this morning. First time renting from them because of the location but will in future go back to my regular supplier.
