Budget Car Rental Putrid service

Recently hired a vehicle at Budget, pre inspectiin carried out by one of the yard agents, on renturning the vehicle, a light dent was found on rear right back door hardly noticeable, could even understand why it was missed in the first place however days later i get charged over R950 for something that I did not even cause, absolutely terrible service coming from this company, even on their damage report I stated clearly that this was overlooked by their yard guys.... Worse is that 2 weeks later I still have not received my balance of my deposit after they were so quick to debit it for the dent and im still waiting for my money after calling their officea twice and getting told that they will contact the bank to release the money...

Absolute putrid service from this company and I would recommend people to never use them rather go to First car rental anytime.....I am really disgusted at this service which was once a great company to rent vehicles from......even worse is this service is being spoken about widely over social platforms but theire management dont seem to care at all as not ince have i seen a reply on these platforms about their terrible service.
