Budget Car Rental: Poor after care service

<p>Why does one have to call Budget Car rentals to get your money back that was frozen on your account, and this is after they have taken money from your account already. I can't believe that in this day and age that it can take 4 weeks to have your money released??</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems that Budget/Avis car rentals Cape Town Airport South Africa, hope that one would forget about the money anf hopefully Budget/Avis Car Rental can pocket the money??</p> <p>Are they just as ******* as the South African Government?</p> <p> </p>
