Budget car rental and their black hat staff

I've been ****med by budget car rental in East London. I requested a car online group b and when I get there they said they only have group D and I have to pay R90 extra a day and when I calculate they charged me way more than the amount communicated.

When I brought back the car the person who checked the car said it's fine and now they are telling me i have damaged the car and no one is willing to tell me how did i damage it.

Yesterday I spoke to one of their staff Unathi Maxawula who was willing to help me through this and was very friendly but still now there is no response received and what's irritating they are not taking my calls. Last call I made 12.06 today the lady picked it up and spoke to some other people then dropped it in my ear.

Last time I also had something similar to this as I left their car in full tank but they charged me another full tank in my deposit. I have to fight for me to get back my money.

I really believe EL branch is full of dubious characters as I never experience such substandard services in other branches.
