Stay away from using Budget car rental. Their customer service and complaints resolution is terrible. After handing in my rental, someone damaged the side mirror and I've been saddled with the repairs. This is not the first time they have tried to charge me for damages. Luckily the previous time I had photographic evidence of the damage when I picked up the car. Use any other car rental company, this group is not ethical
