Budget car hire don’t return deposits on time

I decided to try Budget as an alternative to my monthly business car hire supplier.... let’s just say it was a bad move on my part. Nearly a month later, several phone calls and 3 different consultants down the line the buck keeps getting passed as to why my R7500 deposit has not been refunded. When I hired the car the refund policy was 7 days which was acceptable, but 3 and a half weeks later I’m still out of pocket.

I guess I will continue to search for a car hire alternative. If you too are searching I suggest you also give them a skip unless you can afford to be out of pocket for a month...
