Budget and Avis Car Rental Nightmare.

I recently rented a vehicle from Budget and Avis Car Hire on November 21, 2024, at the Rustenburg branch. The service at the branch was excellent. After returning the vehicle my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite returning the vehicle on time and in good condition, I have yet to receive my holding deposit back.

What’s worse is the customer service—or lack thereof. I’ve attempted to reach out multiple times for assistance, but I'm met with silence or "sorry we are off-line" excuses. It feels like their support is non-existent, leaving me frustrated and without resolution.

I cannot recommend Budget and Avis Car Hire based on my experience. If you’re considering renting from them, I suggest you look elsewhere to avoid the hassle. Stay away!
