BAD SERVICES FROM BUDGET RENT A CAR

I booked a car from Budget Port Elizabeth airport. They charged me twice for the same car. Took the monies from my account and now not willing to refund me even though there are proof. I will be very careful to rent another car from Budget Car rentals. They are very very ***********. You will hang on the phone for at least for an hour and you will still get no where .
