Bad service at budget car rental cape town airport

**** service at cape town international budget car rental. I pre booked the car. When i arrived at the airport, i waited for the consultant to check if my card was acceptable. We finally got the car keys, went to the parking. We were told we are gonna meet one of the car guards, they were not there. We went back inside to request papers for the car, we were told the car was pre checked but we can ask the guys at the parking to check. We went back, and found one big, fat short man walking in the parking. He told us to drive, there's no need to check the car. They have recorded everything. We got the car with a small invisible chip on the windscreen, which was not recorded. Now we can't get our deposit because of the bad service an ****en useless car park guards, who are not doing their job. The chip was very invisible, you needed to come very close to the windsceen to see it. I just want my deposit back please.
