Bad service and attitude

As a business when you outsource services you need to ensure that the company is well represented. I booked the car rental via Booking.Com there is no transparency in their rental fees and when you get there they tell you that they have their T&Cs on the website but my argument is why don't they make that disclaimer on the affiliated company so that u don't get surprises when collecting the car. The manager was non challant about the issue and he confirmed that it is not the 1st time customers complain about Booking.com yet nothing is done about it So for peace sake and not to waste your time do not book via Booking.com and Budget Car Hire must get their house cleaned up in terms of customer services I wasted an entire hour and resources trying to collect the car which I didn't even get yet my booking money is gone.
