Bad service

We booked the car in joburg to hire for a durban trip and we spoke to Deneo confirmed that we are going to pay with an endosed debit card. But when we get to durban they give us a run around and now we cant use our cards to pay for the car. I am very disappointed because now we are stranded in Durban without a car. I am cross for false promises. Never book a car with budget anymore I am very disappointed with the way we were treated.
