Bad attitude and incompetancy

I was shocked to take note of all the bad reviews on Avis/Budget. But after my experience in Bloemfontein Branch I fully understand. What was confirmed on e mail was not what I received. They delayed my trip and I had to drive alone in night as a women on this dangerous roads. I planned my flights to arrive in daytime to avoid this. There was no manager on duty. NOBODY to check the car out and inspect. The car was dirty. The USB not working. There were so many previous Bluetooth users of cellphones I could not connect mine. The total booking from the start with Jabu was a nightmare to say the least.
