BAD ATTETUDE

i have booked a car over internet site and confirmed it as requested.When i got to the rental office in cape town I was rudely informed that my agent cancelled the booking,who this agent are i do not know and with the rude and unpleasantness attitude of the gentleman helping us and also his lack of support and service I ended up looking for a car at another agency.<br> This kind of service and that in AVIS site is not good that put them also under the spot light and I will also inform then.This issue could have been dealt with better and I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR INFORM MY PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES TO USE THEM.
