Avoid these ****** at all costs!

<p>Warning! Do not us Budget Car Rental SA- they are complete con artists!</p> <p><br />Firstly, they charged me twice for the same booking, and when I app**** for a refund they did not return the full amount.</p> <p>Then, when dropping off our car rental at the Cape Town Airport branch, we made sure to stay and carefully check the car with 2 members of their staff to verify there was no damage- which they signed off and presented us with our final invoice. Yet this week they stole a further £200 from my account saying they have since found damage, which was obviously caused after we left the car with them. I continue to try and fight my cause but now conveniently nobody is getting back to me. Their website says they respond to all complaints within 24 hours yet I have heard nothing, and every time I call I am passed around to people who don't seem to care or have any interest in helping me!</p> <p>I have never experienced such appauling service in my entire life, and just want my money back!</p>
