AVIS Budget service is the worst ever , no one apologies

I rented a car at Avis budget centurion 19 December 2024, and returned the car on the 24 of December 2024 I was told the turnaround time for refunds is 7 to 10 working days today I still haven't got my refund am told the refund. Worse I was told that I hire a car until 31 December which was not correct. I call them they change the date however they still put wrong dates showing that I took the car in the 18th. I write them an email no one is reposing or even answering calls. Today is February 2025 I haven’t got my money, this is the worst service ever
