AVIS-BUDGET *****?

I rented a car for 2 weeks just before Christmas 2020 from Budget-Avis. I have had 3 emails stating they have received speeding fines and are charging an admin fee of R350 for each. They invited me to view the fines using my RA number on their website. When I did the fines did not exist. They also have a customer service number that I should call for any queries on this matter. The emails are returned and the address does not exist. I have no problem paying the fines or even for the admin fee. The fact that BUDGET-AVIS cannot show me the fines and send a fictitious email suggests this may be a ****. Not sure what to do about this, seems like a *****?
