Appalling customer service

Do not use Budget Car Rentals. They do not refund your holding deposit and they do not answer the phone or emails. Holding deposits are supposed to be held for 7-10 days. I have been calling and emailing for days on end to claim my holding deposit for days. Their rates also differ from what you were quoted on Booking.com. Use any other rental company, just not this one. Their customer service is appalling!!!
