Never use them! I pre-booked and paid for a car to be collected at OR Tambo on 13 December 2024 at 11am as I had an appointment to get to. Got there at 10:50. There was a queue of at least 20 people. They refused to help me and told me to wait in that queue. I asked that they cancel, she said I had to do it online but that it was now 11:05 so I wouldn't be able to and wouldn't get a refund. I then had to make another plan. My question is this - why was there not an envelope ready with the docs and keys so I could sign and go. I have tried twice with their customer service and they have attitude and are of no help. I even tried to email their client services director but that was of no use. At the end of the day, I lost money because of their utter incompetence and they just don't give a damn!
