Absolutely Shocking Attitude

Honestly I don't know why you employ someone with such a bad attitude to answer your phone. <br> <br> I asked one simple question. She spoke over me, and told me to call reservations. I called them but they are not answering. I called back, she answered again and kept speaking over me and cutting me off mid sentence. I asked her to please let me speak and she put the phone down on me. Really???<br> <br> I am calling from a business where my colleagues travel numerous times a month and we hire cars each time and this is how we get treated?<br> <br>
