Absolutely horrific

Good day Clearly Avis / Budget do not prioritise customer service and putting your customers lives at risk I have a rental car thats brakes are faulty. I've been trying to get hold of Fika Hewu and Muzi Mdlalose to avail, and been forced to drive around in a car that is not safe. When will you pay attention to your customers? My experience of your service from the start of this rental has been an absolute nightmare!!
