No replies, no tracking, no delivery, no refund

I placed an R800 order (443517) on the 23rd September 2021 on their website. I received a confirmation of the received order and that's all. Going onto the website to check my order, it claims the order has been shipped but I have not received any notice of shipping or tracking information for the delivery; not even any marked as spam. In short, my R800 order has not been received, and calls to the telephone number are answered by an automatic system that conveniently claims that covid-19 is the reason nobody can take the call and suggests email as the only method of contacting them -- of which I have sent four - three of them via their website and one via my email provider; none of them have been answered. Thus far, I have not personally experienced anything resembling legitimacy from the 'company' since their confirmation of my order. Despite being a registered company (MSV Pet Care - K***), their conduct does not reflect good business ethics and they ought to be investigated.
