Ecellent First Time Purchase

First time that I have bought items form this vendor. Purchasing process was seamless - although it took two attempts to approve my credit card purchase. I also received an additional discount over and above the already excellent price on the Ultrum product I purchased. Delivery was quick (two days from placement of order) but courier company ignored delivery instructions clearly displayed on package.
