Zero Integrity and Honesty
I was contacted last week by Budget insurance on Wednesday, being told that if they can't beat my premium they will pay the difference up to R2000. We have done the quote and i have received a mail with documents needed to do the refund as they couldn't beat my premium. I have sent it immediately, its been 4 working days later, zero payment, zero reply. The FAIS act was established to enhance honesty and integrity, however if this is the way they honor their name and deal it just says a lot about who they are and what they stand for.
