ZERO customer service from Budget Insurance

Absolutely shocking LACK OFCUSTOMER CARE from Budget Insurance South Africa After fighting to get my car towed on night of 27 May 2023 @22:30 Plus the R500 claim accommodation Saturday 27th June 2023 after tow services towed my car away that night 22:30 and Budget insurance left me stranded. No rental car,I am still waiting on the quote from Europe car as your agent had advised for rental at 20% discount on the 30 May 2023 and am still waiting on the Budget tow service since 30 May 2023 to tell me where my car is................ Today is 13 June 2023!!! This is absolutely SHOCKING customer service and I expect the return payments immediately as I shall be escalating this matter on all social media platforms and Hallo Peter.....Absolutely ridiculous
