Your service is pathetic

So..i hada small accident in november..was not my fualt....i did the rightthing..phoned these clo2ns..went to the police got a case nr...

In my phonecall to these clowns..i said..due to the impact of the massive truck pushing me against the pavement my windshield also cracked..

So since then..i have not been able to get my car fixed..as these clowns want to send me to a panelbeater 40km away..i complained..got no feedba kl..i then was called and was told..that the windshield was not mentioned in my claim..i thrn more than once told th3se *********** clowns to pull the call...no responce

I have tried to speak to someoneto cancel this policy ..4 times..was given the run around....once again..did not get anywhere..i told them i am going to cancel my debit order...no responce...

I asked if i can submit my own quote to the 3rd party as they dont seem to be willing to help..no responce

Please could someone call meas i want to cancel my policy
