Your Policy Amendment: ***
My husband phoned in to check our policy details and get quote if we add certain items. We also requested a better premium. He assured my husband he will send updated policy and quote what he sent was the old policy twice nothing changed. This is just ridiculous. Now we have to phone back and waste our time because consultants can't do the work as requested.
