You will never get to log a claim against Budget Insurance because they never answer

My 64 year old mother has a warranty policy with budget insurance, when they called to get her to sign up for the policy they were attentive, respectful and patient. I am disappointed that when it is time for her to log a claim on a policy she has been paying for each month all of a sudden all the consultants are busy. She has been calling countless time a day with no success.

I wish they had the decency to remain as consistant and friendly as they were when they try to get her to sign up for the policy.
