You want to be settled this way

About 3 weeks ago my dish, decoder and home theater projector got damaged by lightning. After inspection by their company of choice my projector was written off and the company who do replacements for Budget suggests a model of same make but lower specs as replacement. This model lacks the specs of the original projector and also much cheaper after I give them proof from manufacturer that there projector is not the replacement for my item but Budget decided to follow the advice from there supplier and give me the choice of substandard projector or the money and it was made clear to me that they are not going to change their offer. This way it means I have to pay R50 000 out of my pocket to get correct replacement because their supplier carries more weight than the manufacturer. Are you going to settle your claim like this well not me iam awaiting more paperwork to support my claim and go legal with this matter as it is my occupation. My original purchase was R140 000 no way that I will accept there settlement of R74 000 because there supplier want to get rid of his 3 year old stock item and Budget saves, all I want is original replacement.
