You service is pathetic
Looks like i am goimg to have to complain here again..as it seems the normal.poor service from budget is company policy...took them 3 months of waisting my time on my car fender bender claim....and now..my house alarm was struck by lightning..and i have been ignored since informing these clowns of this...no.reply to mails...NORMAL...no ohonecall from.sercice provider.....NORMAL.....no responce if i can get the alarm reolaced myself....NORMAL... I should have never moved my building insuelrance to theae clowns....i winder whats going to happens if my house burns down...it will be a megrian from hell in dealing with theae ppl....
I am truly dissapointed in budget..and the service provider that never calles..seems this is the service we pay for...

Thanks to Ryan Kisten..a manager at budget..my complaint was sorted in under 2 min..not like the incompetant staff at budget..passing my complaint around from 1 dep to another..from the so called service provider..that according to them come to my house without a appointmemt..as we all are at work..
But this manager went out of his way to assist and sort my complaint out..
