You deserve an award!

Budget is officially the worst experience that I have ever had with any service provider. You can even check your records to see how many complaints I have had, regarding the same issue.<br> <br> After A YEAR of debiting an Absa account, budget decided that they would spontaneously change my debit details and debit my nedbank account. I have never ever (check your records) given consent for my nedbank account to be debited.<br> So anyway...after I call in to complain a lady, who I was later told was Nadine, promised a refund in 14 days.<br> 14 days later I call in and was advised the refund was never captured. I was asked to send through a statement (which I did the first time) as well as a copy of my I.D. and I did so.<br> NOW I am being asked to provide a statement AGAIN, reflecting my name. Now in case you didn't know, I actually work for a living and cannot go to the branch all willy nilly, to satisfy your whim!<br> WHEN YOU DECIDED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT, YOU DID NOT REQUIRE A STATEMENT REFLECTING MY NAME...YOU DIDNT EVEN NEED MY CONSENT; YOU JUST DID IT...<br> NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY BACK MY MONEY....NOW YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER?! <br> I will never recommend Budget to anyone EVER!!!
