Wrongly rejected claim

Joined Budget Insurance in December 2019 from another insurance cause they offered me a better premium and excess, had an accident in on 10 January 2020, only to be told my claim is rejected and my insurance will be cancelled and I will be refunded the payment that went off(Jan payment went off aswell) without my consent. Meanwhile the panelbeaters called me to say say the claim was approved and they started with repairs.

I fail to understand how do Budget do business, failing their customers, cancelling my policy without any consent from my side. I will be going to the ombudsman and make a case against them cause my car are in the process of being repaired and Budget approved the claim.
