Wrongfully suspended insurance of my vehicle
I’m writing this because I’m really disappointed by receiving a message from budget insurance stating that Dear Customer, your vehicle theft cover is suspended as we havent received confirmation of the tracking device. Your new premium is R816.46. FSP18178 I fail to understand I sent the proof of tracking to budget insurance on the 25th of June to *** that was given to me Can this be rectified ASAP before I take it up to ombudsman it’s really confusing
