WRONGFUL DEDUCTIONS
On the 11th of April 2014 my car was involved in a car accident and was written off, Third Party paid. this was reported to my insurance and the main account was closed. I was shocked when I noticed that they have been deducting R86 for touch up cover whereas I reported that the car was written off. I brought this to their attention and they promised to refund me within 48 hours. When I called them today Mr Govender showed a bad attitude and informed me that I must report this again. The onus remain with them to rectify this as I reported accident. My question is what were they covering for as the car was written off. I therefore request this company to pay me the said amount dating back from April 2014 to March 2015.
