Wrong Date for debit order.

Today on the 27th June I asked the father of my kids to urgently send us the money for food and Electricity, He did and suddenly Budget insurance deducted that money and my initial debit order date is the last day of the month. That is the date I get paid on. I tried to contact them, I was kept online until I got cutoff. When I call is the machine that answers and says they don't understand how they can help me. We were left stranded today with no food and electricity in this cold front.
