wrong claim informatin

It was brought to my attention that my claim has been rejected, and to my surprise, I have building insurance with Budget, not home content. The claim that has been rejected is home content, and I claimed for building. My house burned, and the damage to the building affected my contents; however, the claim is for the building, not the contents. The rejection letter I received is irrelevant to my claim, and that raises concerns about the quality of the service my insurer is providing.

Not only that, but also, I also noticed that on 2025-04-08, there was a claim (boat claim) made under my policy, which is false (*****ulent claim), and it was approved. I need information about that claim as it affects my risk profile, meaning that I have also been charged an incorrect amount, and whenever I try to look for any kind of insurance, premiums are high because of the risks I know nothing of.
